Kaylin AI uses a mix of AI and human quality checks to ensure high-quality content. Our AI drafts posts and suggests on-brand trends, while human social media specialists review and refine each piece for tone and accuracy.
Our plans start at just $99 for full social media management which includes the personalized strategy for your brand, the creation of posts, and managing and scheduling posts on all of your social media platforms. If you'd like more posts throughout the month, we have higher tiers yet still affordable tiers to accommodate that.
Because Kaylin AI is a subscription-based digital marketing service that provides immediate access to tools, content, and resources, we generally do not offer refunds once you sign up. Instead, we provide up to two free revisions per post to adjust the content until it fits your brand perfectly.
When you sign up, you'll be able to verify and provide any information or focus that you would like for your posts before we create them. We've worked with over 1000 businesses and use our AI to make sure all details and posts are personalized for your brand - which is something we can do that other social media services cannot do.
Changes like password updates or new admins can cause Facebook or Instagram to revoke permissions and disconnect from Kaylin AI. Reconnect your accounts from the Connect Accounts portal and accept all permissions again. For more tips, see this Metricool guide.
After you complete onboarding and connect your accounts, we'll take it from there! We'll manage the strategy, create the posts, and do all the scheduling for you - so you can start growing without having to do any work yourself. Just review and approve the posts we create for you.
Your social presence score is a combination of the data we've compiled of your brand online. It's an internal algorithm we created to determine the value of your brand on the internet, and the online presence it gives. This helps determine how well you do online, how people search for your brand, and how Kaylin AI can help you grow your business online.
The score is rated out of 5. The tags are used to also determine the strength of your account and presence. If we find more people are easily able to find your brand, your posting is consistent, and your brand is expanding its reach, the score goes up. Using Kaylin AI consistently can help with that.

Eboni Fondren1 StarI was not impressed with the service and I’m even more unimpressed with how they are handling canceling my account and removing all of my information. I have continuously asked, called and emailed About this. I even canceled my subscription through their billing platform and I continue to get daily attempts to charge my account Which is making my bank go crazy. I’ve had to change my debit card. I can’t go in and remove any of my information from their system and I’ve been trying to do this for over a month now. I know that this is an AI service but everything is AI so trying to get a real human on the phone is nearly impossible.
And as far as the posts go, I don’t think this is the type of service you want for a solo artist or individual business. I tried it for one week and I it’s too much management on my end to try to go in and correct and update all of the posts that they were trying to make on my behalf. While I appreciate the idea, I think something like this still needs a personal touch and a relationship with somebody who knows you and your business on a deeper level in order to curate posts that are going to work for you. That is why I immediately canceled the service once it was set up, but trying to remove all of my information and go through this process of the concert charging and emailing of my account is ridiculous.Tuesday 7th October 2025
