Chloe Davis5 StarAllegra Lundy was my Customer Lobby account manager and she was always on top of any questions I had and any changes I want to make to my account. Overall, I had a great experience with customer lobby and they increased my company's reviews by over 308%! They also have a great repeat customer campaign that are top quality. I had one sent to me every month to make sure that the images I uploaded looked great and that the quality of the product I was sending to my customers was great as well. john webster1 StarWell let me start with when I first did business with this company things were good and we received good customer service. However that has changed at this point. Where we used to email a customer contact list to them and they would take it from there to get the reviews which worked for years. Fast forward to today apparently know I have to grant them access 24/7 to my computer systems and software so they can export my company files customer information etc for them to us for what they please. As you can relate that is a huge privacy issue. It one thing to have access to name, phone# or emails. Its another to have address, credit card information and vehicle information. Most likely this information is being sold for there profit. So the go around for this is I manually enter my customer contact information 1 by 1 for them to us to get the reviews. So My monthly cost went up this year the customer service provided went down and I feel like I was brought in with good customer service only to get the bait and switch and now I have to do the work for them. To top it all off when you search for my company services in my area there review page is not on the front page of searches anymore.I guess I will just work to get more customer reviews on Google or Yelp going forward. Michael Clupper5 StarI am currently using several rating companies to get feed back from our customers about their experiences with our company... positive or negative. Customer Lobby, in my opinion has generated the most customer
reviews and surprisingly at a lower cost. I have stopped using one service and will stop the other at the end of the month.
I would suggest you contact my rep Allegra Lundy... who after a shaky beginning (my fault) has been great
